Do the tools take a personalised approach to support?

A diagnosis of Dyslexia, as with other learning difficulties, can only be provided by appropriately qualified specialists. However, the report from Neurodiversity Workpalce Profiler will confirm areas of strengths and challenges. The employee can use the report to talk through the results with a specialist if it flags up specific areas they want to explore more.

Finding qualified assessors to assess individuals in the workplace to support someone who is Neurodiverse, can be difficult, and sometimes be costly. It can also be very difficult to undertake assessments for some of the other less well-known (but not less common) conditions, such as Dyspraxia (DCD). Reports maybe specific to one condition or difficulty, when in reality, most people (and research supports this) have a mix of learning challenges, such as having difficulties with spelling and organisational challenges.
