Melanie Francis (Chartered FCIPD) joins the Do-IT team!

We are so delighted and excited to announce that Melanie Francis, Chartered FCIPD has joined our Do-IT team as Director of Neurodiversity at Work. She comes with bags of energy, enthusiasm, and extensive experience. She shares our values and ethos having a committed interest to making a real impact in all workplaces and spaces.

Melanie is an experienced HR Director with extensive experience of supporting organisations throughout the employee lifecycle.

Her previous roles include being the HR Director at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and Strategic People Partner at London Business School. Her commercial HR experience includes Vodafone, Jisc and Oxford University Press.

She is also a brilliant neurodiversity champion and, with her business, Neuroinclusive HR, she has helped many organisations on their journey to being neuroinclusive. She attained the Neurodiversity Aware® Award with Do-IT and has worked closely with us since then as an Associate Trainer and HR Consultant.

Adding Melanie’s knowledge and experience to the Do-IT team will further strengthen our offering for neurodiversity at work. We are excited to work together to advise and guide organisations at every step of their journey to being neuroinclusive.
