This groundbreaking report delves into how employers can enhance their support for individuals with neurodiverse traits, revamp their recruitment strategies to tap into a new talent pool, and foster a more inclusive workplace. 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve launched the survey once again this year, in collaboration with the City & Guilds Foundation, as they diligently work on the 2024 Neurodiversity Index Report. This initiative is instrumental in raising awareness about neurodiversity and shedding light on areas where organizations can bolster their support for neurodivergent employees, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and excel in their professional journey. 👔
