Our Neurodiversity screening tools for ADHD and other related neurodivergent traits are based on the research undertaken by Professor Kirby, and colleagues. Trusted by many businesses worldwide, it identifies the strengths and challenges relating to ADHD, and other overlapping cognitive traits relating to other neurodivergent conditions such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Conditions and Dyspraxia (also known as Developmental Coordination Disorder). 

How does the tool work?

The cloud-based tool provides each test-taker with a select set of questions to provide a full picture of their individual ‘spiky profile’ – comprising of strengths and challenges. Secondly, the report also provides practical guidance and strategies for both employer and the employee to help maximise their talents in the workplace whilst minimising their challenges.
