Who is the Course for?

The Neurodiversity HR Masterclass is a practical, evidence-led programme designed to equip HR and People professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to support neurodivergent employees effectively – and to advise the business with clarity and credibility.

This masterclass goes beyond awareness. It focuses on real workplace scenarios, legal responsibilities, and the practical application of neuroinclusive HR practice across the employee lifecycle.

Course Format:

This is an interactive session with time for discussion, reflection, and questions. Managers are encouraged to share experiences and explore what neurodiversity means in the context of their own roles and teams. The course is delivered with:

  • Interactive live session, delivered online or in person
  • Typically delivered as a standalone session or as part of a wider neuroinclusion programme
  • Suitable for teams or cohorts of managers across the organisation
