Do-IT Solutions is a SME company. It is a SAAS, consultancy and training company. As we grow it is important that we always try to consider our supply chains and commit as far as possible to this policy.

At the present time our supply chain is not complex and so it is easier to monitor and most of the services we ascertain are accountancy and IT related.

• Employees and contractors are required to report any suspicions or evidence of
  modern slavery in our business or supply chains to the CEO or their line manager as
  soon as possible.
• Do-IT Solutions Ltd will support and protect those who raise genuine concerns in
  good faith, ensuring that they do not suffer any detrimental treatment as a result.

Review & Update

This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and aligned with current legal requirements and business practices. Any updates to the policy will be promptly communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders to ensure continued compliance and awareness.

Communication and Training

• Training on this policy and the risks of modern slavery will be included in the induction process for all new employees and will be refreshed regularly as needed.
• Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery will be communicated to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners at the beginning of our business relationship and reinforced as necessary.

Breaches of This Policy

• Any employee found to be in breach of this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.
• Do-IT Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate relationships with suppliers, contractors, or business partners if they are found to have breached this policy.
