We published the first Neurodiversity Index Report with City and Guilds Foundation in 2023 and then again in 2024. After the success of the previous years we are back for the 2025 Neurodiversity index. The 2025 survey is now live and ready to collect some really important benchmark data.
Please, please, please partake. We would love to see if the experience of neurodivergent employees in the workplace has changed or has training improved. What have you been doing well as an employer?
